Rotational Chain Starts at the Hip

Rotational Chain Starts at the Hip

World's Greatest Stretch and Lateral Lunge prime the hip flexors, adductors, and thoracic spine — the exact chain that generates bat speed and throwing velocity. Skater Jumps then train lateral force production and single-leg stability, mirroring the push-off mechanics of a pitcher's stride or a fielder's first step.

Why Baseball Destroys Shoulder Integrity

Why Baseball Destroys Shoulder Integrity

The throwing motion creates extreme eccentric demand on the posterior rotator cuff and scapular stabilizers, making overhead athletes uniquely vulnerable to impingement and labrum stress. Wall Slides and Scapular Push-Ups directly reinforce serratus anterior and lower trap function — the muscles most responsible for keeping your shoulder blade tracking safely through every throw.

25 Minutes Built Around Neuromuscular Timing

25 Minutes Built Around Neuromuscular Timing

This session follows an activation-to-power sequence: mobility unlocks range, Dead Bug and Side Plank groove anti-rotation stiffness, then Sprints express that stiffness as speed. To personalize, increase Split Squat depth as hip mobility improves — deeper range builds the hip extension strength that directly transfers to drive-leg power off the mound or in the batter's box.
